Veronica and Oliver’s Rehearsal Dinner in Italy at Osteria Rosa Rosae

Al fresco dinner party with lots of typical Italian food in a real osteria

Like the word “osteria” suggests, (h-osteria, h-ost = host; a place were to host), the location for this dinner party in Italy was the perfect choice for Oliver and Veronica’s rehearsal dinner.

Veronica, Italian born wanted a truly charming and romantic wedding in a castle, but for their rehearsal dinner agreed with Oliver that they needed to offer their guests the experience of an authentic Italian dinner party, with loads of food directly made by the cook of the house with raw and fresh ingredients.

The Osteria Rosa Roase (with even the latin name to confirm its authenticity), was just an absolute hit with all the tables decorated with simple and earthy materials in such a way that reminds of the old paintings by Van Gogh, with a specific reminder to the “Potato Eaters”.

The al-fresco dinner was just the icing on the cake because prior to that, bride and groom to be enjoyed a little “aperitivo” in town with Spritz and a fun stroll, just to get their appetite just right for the delicious meal to come.
