- Most creative entrepreneurs experience what I call post-creative-depression, after they check an accomplishment off of their list, suddenly experience a very low moment.
- We may found ourself in the position of wanting to scroll through social media in search for for inspiration, but we're going to flood our brain and we end up jamming it like a printer with too much paper in the tray.
- Our creative business doesn’t start from point A and doesn't end with point B. It is not a definite entity and it’s definitely not limited unless you limit it.
- We are raised to suppress negative feelings, but there is absolutely nothing wrong in feeling stuck and overwhelmed, it’s human and it happens, especially because the bigger and Truer the dream, the more creative pressure it has. That is why it’s important to reframe your mind.

the episode in short -

After so many years shooting weddings, I have experienced the highs and lows of being a creative entrepreneur working in a very beautiful industry that inspires and keeps you motivated, but that can also be isolating and frustrating at times. I want this first episode to be motivational and inspirational, I want you to leave here today and go about your day feeling that you own the power of your business in your hands and that you’re also in charge of your happiness and mental health.

As creative entrepreneurs feeling stuck is one of the major roadblocks we encounter, and the biggest reason is that art, creativity but also growing a business come from taking continuous steps forward, and it is when we can’t really see what the next steps are supposed to be, we freeze. Let’s figure out the route of the problem so that we can actually turn that feeling around and practice a mindset that will make things possible.

the episode in short -

- by default we are programmed to do business optimizing for money and that is great for business but not for our personal growth and mental health, so we should optimize for motivation.
- following your instinct is often considered foolish but is one of the most primordial and real indicator of decision making.
- consider you reasons and your excuses, how to identify the difference and learn to control yourself.
- The party society and the pity party, neither one is real. We're entitled to feel and live through our highs and lows but there's no such a thing as giving up.
