We take pride in working only with the finest industry partners, so when it comes to developing film we rely on the best lab in the world "Richard Photo Lab" and given the process takes a bit of time, plus culling and editing with the digital photographs, you can expect a wedding gallery delivered within 14 weeks and an engagement session, portrait session, etc. delivered within 8 weeks.
We also offer expedite orders when requested.

To ensure that the event runs smoothly and on time, preparing a solid timeline is key. I am an expert in designing the best event schedules and, for your peace of mind, we coordinate the choices with your wedding planner. 

Each of our clients receive their digital images edited, on a beautiful gallery with private access. Additionally, if your selected collection includes it, I will send you any printed product you have chosen.
All images in the online gallery are curated and selected based on content and composition and receive my unique editing final touch for images that are visibly of high quality and impact.
We omit only the captures that are not deemed correct or that may turn out blurry or in which there's blinking, unflattering expressions.

Here is when my organizational skills come handy again. When most of your wedding planning is taken care for, and you can relax imagining your event unfolding before your eyes, is when it's time to work on some fun details. I will send your way a very organized and detailed form, where you can easily share with me (and in total respect of your privacy), the list of family members and friends you wish to be photographed in formal portraits, during the time allocated for that specific moment on your timeline.

If you decide to work with me, chances are, you love my vision and I, as most artists, love the freedom to create, however, if there is any special people, planned moments, or unique details you’d like to capture, we recommend bringing it to our attention.
Worry not, it is a part of my unique service process to make sure and check in with you, during the planning process, in preparation of your event day.

You can count on an average of 50/60 photos per hour of coverage. Chances are that you're going to get more, because epic celebration deserve epic captures!

If the service you booked include a photo album, at the due time, I will submit to you a draft inclusive of your best photos, laid out following the storyline of your event/s. You will have then the opportunity to revise the draft, add images, remove others, add spreads or remove them. Once the draft is finalized I will send you a .pdf copy of your album and the production will begin.
If your collection booked does not include an album or printed products, you can still order any of them up to one year from your event/s date.

We NEVER missed an event! However life happens, and this is a legitimate question, because emergencies can occur to anyone. Thoughtful of the value of our service for our clients, leading up to a wedding, I plan our lives and work-related matters very carefully (also why we only accommodate a limited number of weddings per year). Should unforeseen circumstances prevent us from attending your wedding, we will do our best to arrange a replacement photographer of equivalent caliber and style—we have a strong network to aid in such an unlikely circumstance. Should we not be able to provide a suitable replacement, then we would return your investment and allow you to make your own arrangements. 

I am a very organized person, despite my very obvious artistic mind, I like to leave as little as possible to casualties when it comes to my clients' most important day in their life.
For local weddings we usually plan to arrive one hour earlier than scheduled and for destination weddings we plan on arriving at least one full day before the first shooting scheduled. This time frame allows for any travel delays, and gives us time to get acclimated to the area, scout the wedding and shooting locations and shooting some scenery photographs that will become a part of your visual story.

If the event date is available, after our consultation you will have 48h (due to the high volume of inquiries), to review our tailored quote. Once you choose to work with us, we will prepare and send the photography contract for your requested services. We ask that you return your signed contract within 48h to ensure your date remains available. Once we receive your contract and the 50 percent photography retainer is remitted, your wedding date is officially booked! The final balance for your service will be due four weeks prior to your wedding date for local weddings and 3 months prior for destination weddings.

Both. I am a firm believer that the medium is a tool for the artist to create. In my book "The Artist Process" I elaborate extensively about this concept. In short: as your photographer you chose to work with me because you love my art. You trust my vision and choices will bring to life a visual story that reflects, and even exceeds, your expectation.
I will photograph your event with both medium, film and digital, basing my creative choices exclusively on the best outcome for you and your galleries.

For film we use mainly Contax 645m a medium format film camera, and for digital Canon 35mm cameras, and Fuji medium format cameras. We always bring camera, lens, and memory card backups, and all of our equipment is regularly serviced to ensure it’s in full working order.

We do not offer wedding videography but we take pride in working with some of the most talented and professional videographers in the world, so feel free to connect with us and I will be very happy to share recommendations.

The basic answer is: it depends. 
Depending on the size of your event, it is reasonable to consider that I may be all you need to cover your day. However, often, events with more than 80 guests require an additional shooter, and for events of more than 150 guests we definitely recommend a team of three.

Travel is not included in our prices. Travel plans variate greatly based on the destination of your unique event and number of days, so the travel quote will be added to your selected collection, and we handle all of our own travel arrangements unless otherwise specified.
