Castle Luxury Wedding in Italy

CASTELLO DI SAN SALVATORE - TREVISO (ITALY)

Italian-America Veronica and Oliver were blown away by the beauty of the San Salvatore castle and it’s ancient ruins dating back to the 13th century. That was the perfect backdrop for their Castle Luxury wedding in Italy, and the stunning views from its hilltop sealed the deal. It also didn’t hurt that it was right in the heart of the Prosecco region! It is truly one of a kind venue. 
Veronica always wanted a summer garden wedding with lots of beautiful flowers and al fresco dining, and with Oliver they agree on creating a destination experience that was timeless, romantic, and yet impactful.
They chose to go with a variety of delicate pastel tones to be painted over a foundation of neutrals like hie/off white and natural wood. All of it was bathed in a light patina to be reminiscent of the old world setting of the castle.
The same romantic/garden style as the ceremony was brought over to the reception, where delicate blooms in transparent glass cups decorated the tables.
The wedding was a mix between an American wedding and an Italian one – which are interestingly quite different events! They took their favorite bits from each tradition and combined them into something that felt authentic.
